In response to the ADA allowing dentists to re-open in Ohio, we want to inform you of our guidelines we are taking post Covid-19. We have outlined below the measures we are taking to prevent the spread of the virus. You will also find instructions for sending cases moving forward. Protecting our technicians and dentists is our top priority. This is a difficult time but we will get through this together.

For Our Customers
We ask that when you send us a case, please keep you RX separate from the case to prevent cross-contamination. You can put the case in a baggie and staple the RX to it or simply just put the RX in a baggie.
Keeping with social distancing, we ask that you have a designated area where our drivers can safely drop-off and pick-up cases.
All cases will be disinfected before leaving the lab and a label will be placed stating your case has been treated. You should still do your own disinfecting in your practice.
We ask that you let us know when you are sending a patient for a custom shade or denture/partial repair. We will be taking their temperatures before allowing them to enter the lab.
ALL PATIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR MASK IN THE LAB.
